At Freyja, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE) – all Emirates
- GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman)
- Internationally – selected countries worldwide
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contactus@freyja.ae and we’ll do our best to assist.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your shipment in real time until it arrives at your door.
If you haven’t received your tracking info within 48 hours of ordering, please reach out to us at contactus@freyja.ae.
Customs & Duties (for international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your country's import laws. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties:
- You will be contacted to confirm a reshipment
- Additional shipping charges may apply
