Exchange Policy

At Freyja, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange for eligible items.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Tags and hygiene seals (if any) are intact
  • The exchange request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided

Note: For hygiene reasons, some items such as cosmetics, intimates, or personal care products are non-exchangeable unless faulty.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact Us

Email us at contactus@freyja.ae or use our [Contact Form] with the following:

  • Order number
  • Item you wish to exchange
  • Reason for exchange
  • Preferred replacement item (size/color, if applicable)

Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and return instructions.

Ship the Item Back

Once approved, securely package the item and ship it to the return address we’ll provide.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Processing the Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement item will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s on the way.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Items without original packaging or labels
  • Used or damaged items
  • Gift cards

Additional Information

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. In such cases, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item.
  • If your replacement item is out of stock, we’ll offer you a store credit or refund as an alternative.
  • We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
